There are numerous course options for ADR Driver Training depending on your needs, therefore variations in cost as applicable. We provide Initial and Refresher training to include the Packs and/or Tanks module along with any of the 9 UN classes of dangerous goods. Typically, this would be a selection of some or all 7 common classes (excludes classes 1 & 7).
- CLASS 1 Explosive substances and articles (Specialist)
- CLASS 2 Gases – flammable / non-flammable / non-toxic, toxic)
- CLASS 3 Flammable liquids
- CLASS 4 Flammable solids / Spontaneously combustible / Dangerous when wet
- CLASS 5 Oxidizing substances / Organic peroxides
- CLASS 6 Toxic substances / Infectious substances
- CLASS 7 Radioactive material (Specialist)
- CLASS 8 Corrosive substances
- CLASS 9 Miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles
ADR Driver Training qualifications are valid for 5 years from the date of passing your exams and can be refreshed at any time in the last year so long as at least 6 weeks are remaining.
All ADR training requires candidates to undertake the Core module and 3 practical exercises based on fire marshal, first aid and an emergency scenario. With the exertion of classes 1 & 7 candidates will also need at least one of the two modes (Tanks or Other than Tanks) with at least one class for a valid ADR Driver Training certificate.

Additional classes or modes can be added at any time, provided the candidate sits the relevant training and passes the exam. The new parts will be added and valid until the current certificate expires then all parts will need to be renewed.
